About

I build systems you can trust with money

My name is Matvey Maximov. I'm an entrepreneur and a developer: for several years I've been running a working trading business — which is exactly why I build automation not as a contractor who ships a project and leaves, but as an owner who has to live with the system.

Every system I sell runs on my own business first. Before offering an AI agent to your sales team, I spent a year running such agents on my own data, my own orders and my own mistakes. Everything you see in the case studies isn't a demo rig — it's production systems used every day, by me included.

Principles

Three principles this rests on

Code does the math, not the neural net

The language model in my systems understands questions and phrases answers, but every amount, conversion rate and deadline is computed by plain, verifiable code. A report for the CEO has no right to hallucinate.

The system can't do harm

Read-only access to your 1C; writes to the CRM only through an allowlist of operations with confirmation. That's not a promise, it's architecture: there are physically no write functions in the code.

Payment is tied to results

A significant share of the payment comes after the system's numbers match a report you trust. The risk of a wrong calculation is on me.

What you get

What you get working with me

  • A system that works, not a slide deck. Two weeks in — a working pilot on your live data, not a mockup and promises. Then iterations on real orders until the numbers match your report.
  • Money that's already sitting in your 1C. Debtors, customers slipping away, stock shortages, stuck deals — the system finds them on its own and turns them into tasks for specific sales reps, with a ready call brief.
  • Control without manual checks. A report to the manager every morning, escalations on repeat violations, an alert the day the problem starts — not a month later over an unpaid invoice.
  • Numbers you can trust. Every amount is computed by verifiable code, not a neural net. Until it matches a report you believe, the system isn't handed over.
  • Independence from the contractor. You own the code, the documentation and the passport of your system. Business rules live in configuration, not in my head — any Python developer can pick it up. Source-code escrow with a third party on request.
  • A clear price before kickoff. Calculators on the site, an exact estimate after discovery, a significant share of the payment after results. If the implementation doesn't make sense, you'll learn that during discovery and spend nothing more.

Why me

Why me

An owner, not a contractor

I've run a trading business for several years. I know what receivables look like on a Monday morning and why a sales rep “forgot” to call — and I build systems for that reality, not for a pretty diagram.

On my business first — then on yours

Every product runs on my data and my mistakes for a year before it makes it to the price list. You get a system with a history, not a first version assembled for your order.

One person — the whole chain

Discovery, architecture, development, implementation, support — no handoffs between departments where the meaning gets lost. You talk to the person who wrote the code.

Secure by construction

Read-only on the accounting system, an allowlist of operations in the CRM. That's architecture, not a promise: there are physically no write functions in the code, and the system can't do harm even by mistake.

Results

Results you can verify

Not promises — numbers from published case studies, each with its own page covering context, constraints and what didn't work out.

How we work

How to start

Everything above board: a contract, a receipt after every payment, an NDA before any access is granted. We start with a short discovery of your 1C or Bitrix24 — after it you get an estimate, a timeline and an honest answer on whether the implementation makes sense.
