You can't trust a report if the CRM is full of junk
Deals without amounts, records without phone numbers, stages where an order has been sitting for a month. Each little thing is tolerable on its own — together they make the pipeline unreadable: the manager makes decisions on numbers nobody believes. One-off clean-up days don't fix it: a month later it's all back.
What it does
CRM hygiene as a daily process
Checks every day
Walks through deals and records against your rules: empty required fields, stalled stages, broken statuses, overdue tasks.
Writes to the people who can fix it
Not a general report into the void, but targeted lists of violations to the people responsible, in Telegram — with direct links to the deals.
Escalates repeats
If a violation drags on from report to report, the manager hears about it. Discipline rests on a procedure, not on memory.

Payment
The package price is fixed before work starts. A significant share is paid after acceptance on your live data: rules agreed, reports arriving, the right people receiving them. Support starts from launch, not from the contract date.

The “Auditor” — data discipline in Bitrix24
A data-quality Telegram bot for a furniture company. Every day it checks deals and records — empty fields, broken statuses, stalled stages — and sends the people responsible a report. “Dead” deals have vanished from the CRM, and the manager sees how disciplined the database is without checking by hand.

Send read-only access — in a short audit I'll show how many deals in your CRM are breaking your own rules right now.
I reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
