Pricing · AI Sales Employee · 1C + Bitrix24

How many customers did you lose last year — and can you name them one by one?

Almost nobody can. A customer doesn't leave with a resignation letter — they just stop ordering. Today they didn't call. A month later they bought next door. A quarter later they're someone else's customer, and winning them back costs five times what keeping them would have. All this time they sat in your database as active.

The problem

Three ways to lose money without noticing

Silent churn

The customer stopped buying but formally stayed in the database. No report will ever show them as a loss.

Drops by product group

The customer is active, but six months ago they stopped buying hinges — so they buy them elsewhere now. The lost share of wallet is invisible, because the customer counts as active.

Unfinished work

A deal is in its third week, a task is overdue, a paid order hasn't shipped. Small things on their own; together, a constant leak.

All three are invisible, because catching them means comparing every account's behavior with its own history, every single day. A thousand customers, each with their own rhythm. A machine does this every morning and never gets tired.

What it looks like

One working day of the system

07:00

Pulls yesterday's shipments, recalculates the metrics, checks whether any key customer has gone quiet.

08:30

Builds a personal call queue for each sales rep, accounting for vacations and workload.

09:00

Report to the manager: revenue, average order, shipments, comparison with the previous period, breakdown by rep. Each rep gets one customer with a ready brief: how long since they ordered, what they usually buy, what's in stock.

10:00

Checks the pipeline: stalled deals, overdue tasks, paid orders not shipped. Creates deals for the problems found — with a call brief and a stock check.

every 15 min

Reminds those who haven't closed the task they were given.

18:00

End-of-day snapshot, call-round report, the system's action log.

Fri 17:00

Weekly wrap-up. On the 1st and the 15th — a monthly report with a forecast.

Sun night

Re-learns 1C and the portal: new warehouses, fields and pipelines are picked up on its own, without a developer.

This systemSees 1C and the CRM together, finds the problem, assigns the task to a rep and follows it through to a result

Three things that rarely come together: linking the fact of a sale to a rep's action; each customer's own buying rhythm instead of a blanket threshold; not advice but organized work — a task, reminders, a mandatory result, an evening report.

The cost of doing nothing

What it's already costing you

Before pricing the system, price its absence — on your own numbers.

Run it on your own numbers

Average order value40,000 ₽
Active customers400
Go silent per quarter5 customers
Revenue quietly walking out with churning customers9,600,000 ₽ a year

That's 5% of your customer base a year — and all of this data is already sitting in your 1C. If the system keeps just three of them, that's 1,440,000 ₽ in annual revenue — the “Analytics + CRM” package (380,000 ₽) pays for itself in about 13 months.

Formula: churned customers × 4 quarters × average order × 12 orders a year (conservatively, one order a month); payback assumes a 25% margin. An estimate, not a guarantee: the exact figure comes from your data during discovery.

What implementation includes

Seven stages

01

Technical discovery

A readiness report, a spec, an exact estimate. If the implementation doesn't make sense, you'll learn it here and spend nothing more.

02

Data-quality audit

A list of master-data problems. The first project turned up eight.

03

Deployment

An isolated environment: server, keys, bot.

04

Self-learning of your systems

A passport of your data: a map of objects, fields and relationships.

05

Restoring sales attribution

Each employee's output becomes visible, often for the first time.

06

Reconciliation with your report

Until the numbers match, the system isn't handed over.

07

Calibration and training

Thresholds on live data, team training, documentation and an operating procedure.

Metrics reconciliation30%once the system's numbers match your report
Acceptance30%after all modules are live in production

Until the metrics match a report you trust, you pay only 40% — the risk of a wrong calculation is on me. The monthly fee starts from production use, not from the contract date.

Security

1C — read-only. There are physically no write functions in the code; the 1C account has read-only permissions.

CRM — an allowlist of nine operations in agreed pipelines. It cannot delete or close anything.

Six levels of duplicate protection. The rule: couldn't verify — don't create.

Full isolation: every client gets a separate server, keys, bot and database.

A full audit log of every request and action.

Phased switch-on: write modules start in preview mode.

NDA before any access is granted.

Questions

Frequently asked about this plan

What determines the implementation price?
The package and two multipliers. Company size: a compact business with up to 300 customers and three sales reps pays a quarter less than the base price; mid-size (300–800 customers) pays the base price; large (800–2,000 customers) pays 40% more; a multi-branch company with over 2,000 customers is priced individually. Region: Moscow and St. Petersburg add 25%, cities over 1 million add 10%, cities under 300,000 residents get 10% off. The calculator above works this out instantly.
What is discovery, and how much does it cost?
The first paid step before the implementation contract: 25,000 ₽ for a compact company, 35,000 ₽ for mid-size, 50,000 ₽ for large, from 70,000 ₽ for multi-branch. The output is a readiness report, a technical specification, and an exact estimate. If implementation doesn’t make sense, you find out at the cheapest step; if it does, the amount is credited toward the implementation cost.
Can we start with the “Analytics” package and expand later?
Yes. “Analytics” (240,000 ₽) runs read-only on 1C and writes reports — it’s a pilot loop where the value is visible before the agent gets permission to assign tasks. CRM write modules are switched on in phases, in preview mode first. The size category is reviewed if your customer base grows by more than 50%.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Running the system on a dedicated server, monitoring, a weekly reconciliation of changes in your 1C and CRM, response within one business day. Plus per-package allowances: customization hours (4, 8, or 12 a month) and free-form analytical queries (15, 40, or 80). Scheduled reports and quick-access commands are unlimited.
Is there a warranty, and what’s the minimum contract term?
A 3-month warranty, two training sessions, and support through 1C updates in the first year. The minimum support contract is 6 months, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. The monthly fee is indexed no more than once a year, with 60 days’ notice.

An autonomous agent reads 1C, finds debtors, dormant customers and stock shortages — and creates tasks for sales reps in Bitrix24 by itself, each with a ready-made call brief. The very first run surfaced 18 debtors and 143 short-stocked SKUs. 1C is read-only; writes to the CRM go through an allowlist of nine operations.
