Privacy Policy

The website mmaximov.ru is owned by Matvey Maximov (a payer of the professional-income tax, i.e. self-employed, Russian Federation). This page describes what data the site collects and what happens to it.

What data is collected

Through the request form: your name, a contact (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or email) and the text of your task. The form can be submitted only after you tick the consent to personal-data processing — its terms are set out on a separate page, the Personal Data Consent.

Why

Form data is used for one purpose only: to reply to your request and discuss the task. No newsletters, no sharing of data with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored and where it goes

The request is recorded on the site's server together with the fact of consent (date, time, version of the consent document and a hash of the IP address — the IP address itself is not stored). A notification about the request — name, contact and text — reaches the operator as a Telegram message: this is a transfer of data to the Telegram service in the scope you entered in the form. Correspondence is kept while the task is under discussion.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Yandex Metrica for anonymous visit statistics: pages, referral source, device type. Metrica is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline, the counter is never loaded and the site works fully. The site remembers your choice in a first-party cookie for 6 months; your chosen language is kept in a separate cookie for a year. To change your decision, delete the site's cookies in your browser — the banner will appear again.

How to withdraw consent

Write to matvei@mmaximov.ru from the contact you entered in the request — the request data will be deleted, and the deletion is confirmed by a reply email. The withdrawal procedure is described in the Personal Data Consent.
