CRM Quality Control

A CRM lies exactly as much as it’s allowed to: deals with no tasks sit for months, fields stay empty, leads go unanswered — and the pipeline reflects not your business but your reps’ habits. Making a manager clean this up by hand is expensive and pointless: a week later it’s all back.

What works is different: a daily automatic check against clear rules and a report with names and links to specific deals. For a furniture company in Ufa, this loop (the “Auditor”) turned CRM checks into a background process — ‘dead’ deals left the pipeline. And the AI Sales Supervisor keeps 2,470 leads and 1,815 deals under watch around the clock.

What's included

Scope of work

  • Check rules. Stalled deals, overdue tasks, empty required fields, unanswered leads — a set built around your processes
  • Daily report. Lists with links to specific deals for the people responsible; a digest for the manager
  • Questions in plain language. The LLM layer answers ‘how many leads have gone unanswered since yesterday?’ with numbers from the live CRM
  • Transparency, not penalties. The system doesn’t fine anyone — it makes the mess visible, and discipline corrects itself
  • Evolving rules. New checks are added as your processes change

Indicative: the “Auditor” — implementation 90,000 – 180,000 ₽ and from 8,000 ₽/mo; the AI Sales Supervisor with an LLM layer — from 180,000 ₽ implementation and from 25,000 ₽/mo. Exact cost after discovery.

How it works

Four steps from a conversation to a working system

01

CRM audit

I look at your Bitrix24: where the data lies, which rules will pay off in the first week.
02

First checks

We launch the 3–5 most painful rules and the first report — the effect is visible right away.
03

Full loop

The full rule set, roles, schedules; if needed — an LLM layer for questions about the data.
04

Support

Rules evolve with your processes. Implementation is paid in 40/30/30 milestones.

Questions

What people ask about this service

How much does automatic CRM control cost?
The “Auditor” — rule-based Bitrix24 checks with no language model — is 90,000 – 180,000 ₽ for implementation and from 8,000 ₽/mo. The AI Sales Supervisor with an LLM layer that answers questions about the data is from 180,000 ₽ and from 25,000 ₽/mo. Exact cost after a CRM audit; prices are indicative, not a public offer.
What CRM violations does the system find?
Stalled deals, overdue tasks, empty required fields, unanswered leads, broken statuses. The “Auditor’s” Basic package covers up to 8 rules and one pipeline; the Extended package has unlimited rules and 1C data in the checks.
Who receives the reports?
The people responsible get targeted lists of violations with links to specific deals in Telegram; the manager gets a team-level digest and escalations when a violation persists from one report to the next.
Do we need to change our Bitrix24 settings?
No. The system reads the portal via API and changes nothing in it. For the AI Sales Supervisor, a limited list of write operations is agreed; the “Auditor” is read-only.
How quickly is the effect visible?
The first 3–5 rules and the first report launch at kickoff — the effect shows in the first week. For a furniture company in Ufa, ‘dead’ deals left the pipeline and CRM checks became a background process. Results from a specific project, not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
