Telegram Bot for Business

An executive doesn’t need yet another interface with a password — they need to open Telegram and understand what’s going on in twenty seconds. A bot assembled in a bot builder can send templated notifications; a bot written for your process answers questions from live CRM and accounting data.

I build the second kind: the bot connects to Bitrix24 or 1C (the ERP/accounting system standard in Russia), sends digests on a schedule, and answers questions in plain language — behind it is an LLM layer that turns the question into a data query.

What's included

Scope of work

  • A scenario built around your process. Not a menu of buttons, but logic for a specific job: order oversight, data quality, digests
  • Connected to your data. Bitrix24, 1C, or both — the bot answers from live data, not yesterday’s export
  • Scheduled digests. A morning digest you can read on your phone in 20 seconds
  • Permissions and roles. Each employee sees only their own; the manager sees everything
  • Support. I keep an eye on the bot and add scenarios as your needs grow

Indicative: implementation 90,000 – 350,000 ₽ depending on integration depth (the “Auditor” from 90,000 ₽, “Production PM” from 150,000 ₽), support from 8,000 ₽/mo. Exact cost after discovery.

How it works

Four steps from a conversation to a working system

01

Scoping the task

What the bot should do, who uses it, where the data comes from. We put the scenarios in writing.
02

Prototype on your data

A working bot with one or two scenarios — you try it hands-on before paying in full.
03

Full version

All scenarios, permissions, schedules. Tested across real working weeks.
04

Handover

Instructions, training, support. 40/30/30 milestone payments.

Questions

What people ask about this service

How much does a Telegram bot for business cost?
Custom development around your process is 90,000 – 350,000 ₽ depending on integration depth: a bot with rule-based CRM checks (the “Auditor”) from 90,000 ₽; a bot with an LLM layer that answers questions about orders in plain language (“Production PM”) from 150,000 ₽. Support from 8,000 ₽/mo. Exact cost after discovery; prices are indicative, not a public offer.
How is this different from a bot made in a bot builder?
A bot builder gives you button menus and templated notifications. A bot written for your process is connected to Bitrix24 or 1C and answers from live data: how many orders are stuck in assembly, who hasn’t paid, what to ship today. If all you need is to take requests or send out a price list, a bot builder is enough — and I’ll tell you so.
How long does development take?
A prototype with one or two scenarios on your data is ready before full payment — you can try it hands-on. The full version with all scenarios, roles, and schedules is tested across real working weeks; the timeline depends on the number of scenarios and is fixed after scoping.
What data can the bot show?
Anything with an API: deals, tasks, and leads from Bitrix24; orders, payments, and stock levels from 1C. Each employee sees only their own, the manager sees everything; access to the accounting system is read-only.
What do you need from me to start?
A two-sentence description of the task and read-only access to Bitrix24 or 1C after an NDA is signed. I deploy the server, keys, and the bot itself in a separate environment — nothing changes in your infrastructure.
