1C–Bitrix24 integration: cost, timelines and what really drives the price
The short answer: a standard data exchange between 1C (the ERP/accounting system standard in Russia) and Bitrix24 costs 45,000 – 150,000 ₽ on the market for a connector, while integration with an AI layer on top of the link runs from 240,000 ₽ to implement and from 45,000 ₽/mo. The difference isn’t in the number of fields transferred — it’s in what the system does with the data once they meet. Below: what goes into each figure and what usually surfaces during discovery.
Prices are indicative, not a public offer; the exact cost is fixed after discovery.
Two different products under one name
A connector. Moves data between the systems: an order from the CRM into 1C, a payment from 1C into the CRM. Does exactly what it is configured to do and stays silent. The market range is 45,000 – 150,000 ₽; ready-made modules are available from various vendors. If the job is only to remove the manual bridge between the sales reps and the accounts department, that is enough — and I’ll say so in the first conversation.
Integration with an AI layer. The exchange is the same, but on top of it runs an autonomous LLM agent (Anthropic API) that reads both systems together and acts: finds debtors from 1C payment data, assigns tasks to sales reps in Bitrix24, and answers the executive’s question “who owes us and how much?” with figures from live data. I don’t sell this separately as a connector — the exchange is part of the AI Sales Employee: the “Analytics” package from 240,000 ₽ for a mid-size company, support from 45,000 ₽/mo.
What gets more expensive during discovery
Half of all questions about integration pricing come down to one thing: which 1C you have. What changes the estimate:
- A customized or modified configuration — plus 30%. Modifications mean non-standard objects and fields that first have to be found and documented.
- Several 1C databases — plus 25% for each additional one. Two databases are two sets of master data, which on top of that diverge from each other.
- CRM pipelines not set up — plus 50,000 ₽, adjusted for scale: before putting data into Bitrix24, you have to decide exactly where it goes.
- Master-data quality. This isn’t a surcharge but work within the project: a separate “data-quality audit” phase produces a list of problems. In the first project there were eight of them.
What brings the price down: the CRM isn’t used and only 1C analytics is needed — minus 20%; a compact business with up to 300 customers — minus 25% on the package’s base price.
Timelines
A working pilot is usually two weeks from receiving access: in the wholesale company project the system went autonomous two weeks after work began. The full cycle runs through seven phases: discovery, data-quality audit, deployment, the agent’s self-guided study of the systems, restoring the attribution of sales to sales reps, reconciliation against your report, calibration and training. The system is not handed over until its figures match your own report — and that is the point at which the second milestone payment is due.
Why 1C is read-only
The agent doesn’t write to the accounting system: there are no write functions in the code, and the 1C user account is issued with read-only rights. It can write only to Bitrix24, and only within an allowlist of nine agreed operations. That way the integration can’t make a mess of the books, and the accounts department doesn’t get a new source of edits. Details in the insight on read-only access.
What you don’t have to do on your side
Install anything on your servers, change the 1C configuration or migrate the Bitrix24 portal. The system lives on a separate server and reaches your systems via API; each client has their own server, keys and database. From you: access after an NDA and your technical specialist’s participation in discovery.
