Service
1C and Bitrix24 Integration
Sales reps live in the CRM, accounting lives in 1C (the ERP/accounting system standard in Russia), and between them sits a manual bridge: exports, forwarded invoices, ‘let me check with accounting and get back to you.’ As long as data travels through people, the rep can’t see payments or stock, and the manager can’t see the real cash picture.
I set up the integration so the data moves on its own: orders, payments, shipments, and stock levels from 1C show up in Bitrix24, and on top of the exchange runs an LLM layer that answers questions about that data in plain language.
What's included
Scope of work
- Discovery. A review of your 1C configuration, CRM pipelines, and processes: what should move where, and how often
- Data exchange. Orders, payments, stock levels, counterparties, and receivables — per an agreed operating procedure, with duplicate protection
- Read-only where it matters. The agent gets read-only access to the accounting system — it can write only to the CRM, and only the operations you’ve approved
- AI layer on top of the integration. Ask ‘who owes us, and how much?’ — get an answer in numbers from live data, no exports
- Documentation and handover. Exchange diagram, instructions, staff training
Indicative: from 240,000 ₽ for implementation as part of the AI Sales Employee — the exact cost is calculated after discovery and depends on your 1C configuration. Details on the pricing page.

AI Sales Employee on 1C + Bitrix24
tasks from memory20 deals a dayAn autonomous agent reads 1C, finds debtors, dormant customers and stock shortages — and creates tasks for sales reps in Bitrix24 by itself, each with a ready-made call brief. The very first run surfaced 18 debtors and 143 short-stocked SKUs. 1C is read-only; writes to the CRM go through an allowlist of nine operations.

a customer complaintan alert the day it stallsA system for a furniture manufacturer: it tracks order stages in Bitrix24 via REST and, when an order sits longer than the standard allows, notifies the person responsible in Telegram. Overdue orders surface the day they stall, not when an unhappy customer calls.
